How I work
Fast.
A simple website the same day. A polished one in about three days. An AI automation is about three days of work, plus a week for access, approvals and replies.
No fees for nothing.
A static website has a one-time price and no monthly fee. You own the domain, the code and the accounts.
Fixes are free.
If something I delivered doesn't work, I fix it at no cost. New features are a separate job.
Running costs at cost.
If an automation runs on a paid server or AI service, you pay what it costs plus a small fee for keeping it running.
Full attention.
When I take a project, I work on it until it is done. You won't wait weeks for a reply.

Questions
How fast is it really?
A simple website: the same day. A polished, custom website: about three days. A full web app with accounts and a database: about a week. An AI automation: about three days of my work, plus time for access and approvals on your side.
Do I pay every month?
Not for a static website. You pay once. Monthly costs only exist if something runs on a paid service, and then you pay what that service costs plus a small fee.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, the code and every account are in your name, and you get all the files.
What if something breaks?
If something I delivered stops working, I fix it for free. New features or changes in scope are priced separately.
What do you need from me?
What the business does, what the site or tool should achieve, your logo and photos if you have them, and access to your domain.
